Customer Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the customer’s vehicle will be left at the WrapJax installation facility for the purpose of installing a vehicle wrap.

Customers are required to review and fill out this document prior to the installation of the vehicle wrap to ensure mutual understanding and agreement between both parties.

1. Vehicle Condition: The customer acknowledges that the vehicle is in good condition and suitable for wrap installation. Any pre-existing damage should be documented prior to installation.  Any aftermarket addons, body repairs, and/or painting / clear coating will void you warranty with WrapJax.

2. Installation Process: The customer understands and agrees to the installation process, including the timeframe and any necessary preparations required before bringing in the vehicle. The customer understands that their vehicle may or may not be kept indoors.  There may be at times their vehicle must be parked outside during peak work hours.
